Our newest mobile application is an intelligent forms solution, empowering and optimising your business’ most valuable resource…its workforce. Intelligent Forms is a complete end-to-end paperless forms solution, providing you with a highly professional and efficient data capture service.
 
Using BlackBerry® devices and a browser based management application, Intelligent Forms enables your workforce to arrange and manage appointments, design and maintain forms, and provides a dynamic data capture solution. Data collection is via the BlackBerry® device direct to your back-office database. Surveys, fact finds, questionnaires...in fact any type of data collection using paper forms are a thing of the past with Intelligent Forms. Additional functionality includes image and signature capture, whilst GPS tracking provides enhanced security for your staff together with a robust monitoring tool. 
 
Intelligent Forms is fully auditable and supported by the BlackBerry® secure data channel.

Intelligent Forms integrates directly with BlackBerry® functionality
 
Intelligent Forms integrates with the native functionality on the BlackBerry® including voice, email and calendar (through integration with Microsoft Outlook®). Further integration with third party applications such as satellite navigation and lone worker protection solutions are also available.

An example of an Intelligent Form. Image capture using the native  BlackBerry® camera is integrated into the form layout. Signature capture through a third party device works in the same way and ensures that all data is stored within the form itself - data is not spread across multiple databases and folders. Drop-down menus, checkboxes, even in-form calculations are possible with Intelligent Forms.
