Our 'ideal' candidate will have the following qualifications and skillset:

BSc (Hons)/Postgraduate degree in Computer Science or related field
2-5 years industry experience
Experience of full project lifecycle
Excellent Java and OO design skills
First-Class experience of Client-Server design/development using technologies such as J2ME/Java Servlets
Experienced with application servers such as Apache Tomcat/JBoss
Competent with Oracle and/or SQLServer databases
Desirable to have understanding of technolgies such as HTML/Javascript/JSPs
Desirable to have understanding of web services and XML related technologies

Working as part of a close knit team, we also need people who can communicate effectively; show good initative and who maintain a positive attitude even when faced with the most challenging of problems. Furthermore, you must also be comfortable dealing with customers on a face-to-face basis and be willing to take ownership through all phases of project delivery.
